There is definitely more to today’s poem, but I’m on the verge of a cold and World Book Night is tonight! So I’m drinking tea, catching up on some blog posts, but for the most part trying to take it easy. I do want to thank everyone who has taken the time to read my poems this month. I’ve been trying to get over to your blogs to read yours too, but the last few days have been hectic. Tomorrow the dust will settle.
I cannot see the path, the one hidden
Behind our regrets sits untouched, vacant.
Why were we so afraid to give it life?
Memories will have to do, like daydreams
We can only ponder what could have been.
