In other news…
~ I have two Etsy coupons good for the entire month of December, but you can only use one coupon at a time so it’s up to you which you choose.
~ Did you hear? Boneshaker by Cherie Priest is going to the big screen! Wow!
~ And last, I finally have a Kindle!!
Yes, I’ve sold my soul to Amazon. I couldn’t be more happy about it too! LOL I decided to go with the Kindle Touch and so far I have zero disappointments. Everything was easy to set up and all my books were just a touch away. Does this mean I will be reading more ebooks? In time, yes, but I cannot ever see it completely replacing my beloved print books. There are some things I must have in print, like The Walking Dead series, art books and some non-fiction books. I can also see myself buying a print book after reading the ebook if I decide it’s a five star read.
You are going to fall in love with your new Kindle! I got one for Christmas last year and I never go anywhere without it! Super great for traveling, and for listening to audio books too!
One of the things I’m most loving about my Kindle right now is how easy it is on my hands. It’s so lightweight–much easier to hold than some of my heavier books. Thanks for stopping by! 🙂
Good to hear that you like it. I’ve got one and it is much easier on the hands than I thought it was going to be. I’d imagined it was going to be like my first hundred ton laptop, but it isn’t, it feels very light weight. I still have to own paper copies of a few favorites (ahhh… the smell and feel of a new paperback!). But I’m hoping with Kindle, I’m saving a few trees. There are some good free and $.99 Kindle books too.
There are many great ebooks that are only $.99!
Hi Amanda, I LOVE my Kindle!! I have gotten addicted to finding new and wonderful books, and bargains as well, for the Kindle. I like the fact that I don’t have to lug tons of book boxes when moving… and the trees are saved too…
xoxo
I’m always on the lookout for Kindle Bargains! 😉
