I know I’m suppose to be taking a break, catching up on my to do list. Blah, blah, blah. I wanted to take a few minutes to share this awesome gift I received from my blogging buddy Jan! She’s on hiatus right now too, but that doesn’t mean you can’t check out her blog and peruse who wonderful artworks. 😉 Jan commented here (last week?) about having a calendar with stones I might like–might like?
More like: OMG! I LOVE IT!
It’s a weekly desk calendar with photographs by Laurent Pinsard. The pages are perforated and turn into postcards. Here are a few I’ve torn off:
Beautiful! Thank you so much, Jan! As you can I see, I’ve made room for it on my desk so I may be inspired by these images daily.
Wow, this is really beautiful! I love the photos, amazing!
Hope all is well and you’re enjoying your break! 🙂
Look forward to seeing your creativity again!
Hi Heather! I’m trying to catch up on some things, but will be be back semi-regularly next week. Thank you!
What a cool gift for you!!!
Thanks, Kimmy!
Really beautiful! Enjoy your break!
Katt
Thanks, Kat! 🙂
This is so cool — never seen a calendar like this, but it’s so YOU. 🙂
Thanks!! I hope you are over your bug? ((hugs))
Don’t know why, but the pics are not coming up for me Amanda. Maybe I’ll try again later. So glad that you’re enjoying the calendar. One of my alter-egos at work is ‘Calendar Girl’ … eventhough girlhood was a long time ago. :O)
Hey, I have a YA galley that I’d like to discuss with someone. Would you be willing to consider a read? The book is well-written and it’s called ‘Tighter,’ by Adele Griffin (she’s a national book award finalist.) If you’re too busy, then no worries. Let me know.
Ciao Bella!
Boo! Maybe the images will come up later.
I would love to read Tighter and share thoughts!! 😀
Yay, the pics finally came up for me! … and I’m loving them. Yay, that you want to read that galley! … I will send it on to you … book post, so it may be a while.
Note: I am still hand-selling copies of ‘The Angels are the Reapers’ and I get excited when one by one people buy it. You are making a difference in the book biz, and you have made a difference in my life Amanda … I am pleased as punch that we are friends. :O)
That makes me so happy! I’m feeling the urge to read the Reapers are the Angels again (maybe this summer). 😀 I count you among some of the best people I’ve met online. I’m lucky to have a great friend like you! ((hugs))
