First off, I want to thank everyone who sent me birthday wishes here and on Facebook. I had a wonderful birthday despite coming down with a nasty cold. I should have expected something like this to happen, since the beautiful Spring weather also disappeared, to be replaced with cold rain. What a day! I didn’t let it ruin a thing, except for the birthday dinner my family had planned–I was too sick to go out. 😦
One thing to brighten my birthday was a special delivery from artist Kris Jean! I couldn’t resist buying her ACEO – Drunk Cat:
